Raising a pre-seed / seed round
20 days old. Already running real schools. We're building the OS for how a child grows.
NUHA runs a school end to end — admissions, attendance, fees, exams, communication — with a safe AI co-teacher, and one promise the category won't make: we refuse to profile children. We shipped to production and onboarded 20+ schools in our first three weeks.

The thesis
India has 1.5M schools and a decade of edtech that sold parents fear. We're the correction.
A real wedge, not an app
Point solutions (attendance apps, fee apps) don't hold a school. An operating system does. Once a school runs admissions → attendance → exams → fees → communication on NUHA, switching cost is enormous. That's the moat.
A moat competitors can't copy
Our differentiator — never profiling or monetizing children — is architectural, not marketing. Incumbents whose valuations depend on data extraction would have to delete their business model to match us.
Distribution built for India
Free forever for the operations core kills the adoption barrier; we monetize the AI and growth layers per student (Pro ₹19, Elite ₹29). Associations (PSAJK) and school-to-school referral give us near-zero-CAC channels.
Proof, in weeks
Multi-tenant platform with row-level data isolation, live Razorpay per-student billing, an AI co-teacher, and 20+ paying-tier schools — all built and shipped in three weeks by a small Kashmiri team. Capital compounds this.
The ask
What a seed round buys.
Go from 20 to 2,000 schools
Fund the association partnerships, field team and referral engine to own Kashmir, then J&K, then the North.
Deepen the moat
Mobile apps, the growth-timeline and analytics layers, and the AI co-teacher — the features schools pay for.
A team that ships
A few more engineers and a sales lead. We've proven we can build fast on almost nothing; capital turns weeks into days.
