Refund & Cancellation Policy

NUHA's paid plans (Pro and Elite) are subscriptions billed through Razorpay. We keep this policy the way we keep the product: plain and fair.
Cancellation
- A school may cancel its subscription at any time from the platform or by writing to [email protected].
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid features remain active until the end of the already-paid billing period, after which the school moves to the Free plan.
- No data is ever deleted because of cancellation or downgrade. The Free plan — attendance, homework, communication, admissions — remains free forever.
Refunds
- First subscription, 7-day assurance: if a school is unhappy within 7 days of its first paid charge, we refund that charge in full — one email, no argument.
- Renewals: renewal charges are refundable in full if requested within 72 hours of the charge and the paid features were not materially used in that period.
- Billing errors and duplicates: refunded in full, always.
- Beyond these windows, fees for the current period are non-refundable; cancelling prevents all future charges.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval (bank timelines may vary).
