The NUHA manual · parents
Your child's school, in your pocket.
Your school runs on NUHA. This page shows you everything in five minutes — and one promise first: NUHA never profiles your child, never shows ads, and never sells data. It only shows you what the school records.

Get your login from the school
The school gives you three things: the school code (one short word), your email or phone, and a temporary password. Usually it comes home in the diary or on a printed slip. If you don't have yours, ask the school office — not NUHA.
Sign in the first time
On any phone, open nuhaos.com/login. Type the school code — the page changes into your school's colors — then your email and the temporary password. NUHA will ask you to set your own password. That's it, you're in.
Tip — Add it to your home screen (browser menu → "Add to Home Screen") and it works like an app. Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page.
See your child's day
The first screen shows each of your children: today's attendance, homework that's due, and anything the school has announced. If your child was marked absent, you'll have been told the same morning.
Homework — see it, submit it as a photo
Homework shows what each teacher set and when it's due. When the work is done, take a photo of the notebook page and submit it right there — the teacher sees it instantly. No more "I left it at home".
Report cards, on your phone
When the school publishes results, the full report card appears under Report Cards — marks, rank, and the teacher's written remark. It stays there permanently, so you're never hunting for last year's card.
Talk to the teacher & apply for leave
Messages is a private line to your child's teachers — ask a question, send a photo, get an answer without waiting for the PTM. Leave lets you request leave in ten seconds; the teacher approves it in the app.
Tip — NUHA respects quiet hours — the school won't buzz your phone at night, and you shouldn't expect replies at midnight either.
Fees & receipts
Fees shows every invoice and receipt for your child — what's paid, what's due, with the school's official receipt number. If something looks wrong, the school office can see exactly the same screen, so it's a quick conversation.
The other guides
Stuck on something this guide doesn't cover? School admins can raise a ticket from Support inside NUHA — a human replies, usually the same day.
